How It Works:
1. Initial Assessment and verification
We start by asking general questions about your interests, goals, and background. Next, we verify your identity with a Passport/ID and a selfie. This is followed by a one-minute video introduction where you introduce yourself and explain why you want to join the program.
2. Current Skill Stack Assessment
We conduct a comprehensive assessment of your current skills related to your field, a personality test, cognitive function measurement, and specific tests for self-efficacy. This helps us understand who you are and tailor the education thereafter to maximize your potential.
3. Contract Offer
If the assessments are passed, we proceed to jump on a call for contract negotiation where an offer is made on the call. Once accepted, a detailed lesson plan tailored to your needs is created and your education process can start.
4. Education Process
We value a high-quality, intensive education program tailored to industry needs (usually around 650 hours in total). The first phase focuses on core learning, followed by job simulation and interview preparation. Students receive daily payments, estimated at around 9 hours of study per day.
5. Hiring Process
As students near the end of their training, we facilitate the hiring process. Businesses bid for top talent, with the top three bids getting to interview the candidate. The student then chooses the best offer and starts their new job.
